The Association is committed to processing data in a responsible, fair, and transparent manner. Only strictly necessary data is collected and processed in accordance with data protection principles from the design phase. The Association specifies on data collection forms the essential data for processing and any data collected on an optional basis.

Appropriate organizational and technical measures are implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of entrusted data.

This Policy allows the Association to provide you with information related to the various processing operations carried out. It may evolve depending on the Association's activities and applicable regulations. In the event of modification or update, the revised Policy will be posted on the Website with the mention of the last update date. We therefore invite you to consult it regularly.

WHO CAN ACCESS THE DATA ENTRUSTED TO THE ASSOCIATION?

The data collected and processed by the Association are not sold, transferred, or rented, free of charge or for consideration, to third parties without your prior consent, unless the Association is required to do so for legitimate reasons (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of defense rights...).

Access to personal data is strictly limited to the Association's employees and experts, to employees or subcontractors authorized by virtue of their functions/missions. All recipients are bound by obligations of confidentiality and respect for the Association's commitments mentioned above.

 

WHAT RIGHTS CAN I EXERCISE WITH THE ASSOCIATION TO PROTECT MY PERSONAL DATA?

Different rights may be available, depending on the legal basis of the processing operation in question, and can be exercised with the Association:

In case of legitimate doubt about the identity of the requester, the Association may ask for proof of identity. This will be destroyed once the request has been processed.
