Liberté
Liberté
The artwork is presented in the form of a triptych. In the center, a photograph of the Venus de Milo, referencing art history, is overlaid with the Greek word for "liberty" repeated 30 times, suggesting the idea of time. This representation of a two-dimensional sculpture is framed by two "walls" made of glass dust, where the trace gives the illusion of freezing the moment in time, past and present, seeking balance between "fragile memory and fragile reality".
