The Caroline Hospital, the last quarantine station in the Mediterranean built in the 19th century, is located on the Frioul archipelago off the coast of Marseille. It was listed as a historic monument in 1980 and is owned by the City of Marseille. It has been used for ACTA VISTA integration and vocational training projects between 2007 and 2022.
