Dimitry Hlinka's dual training in Métiers d'Art and Design at the École Boulle, first in the cabinetmaking and marquetry workshops, then in event design, has given him an acute sensitivity to the issues linking craftsmanship and innovation. Drawing on his technical and conceptual skills, his creative practice is based on exploring the mechanical, aesthetic and functional properties of materials.

"The practice of design allows me to listen to my intuition and my feelings while working on a wide range of subjects."

The projects led by Dimitry Hlinka, often in collaboration, are the result of an equally informed and curious approach, favoring novel creative processes between expertise and experimentation.
